3.1 Eligibility

3.3 Access to Workplace and Facilities

You may access and use our coworking space during business hours (9 am - 6 pm). Access outside these hours may be restricted. Members receive an access code upon registration. Booking of conference rooms and other facilities is subject to availability.

3.4 Services and Facilities

Members and their guests are entitled to use the following services:

  • Conference rooms
  • High-speed internet and WiFi
  • Access to common spaces, terrace, rooftop bar, and restaurant
  • Complimentary tea, and filtered water
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Complimentary parking (subject to availability)

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Services.

4.2 Company Content

All content provided by Coworkingloft, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Coworkingloft and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Company content without our prior written consent.
